Is the camera hardware included?
Yes. The camera hardware is part of the monthly subscription, with no upfront hardware cost. Installation is a one-time setup fee per pole.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a one-time setup fee of $750 per pole, which covers installation and removal. One pole carries up to 3 cameras.
What happens if I cancel?
No long-term contracts. Cancel any time. We'll remove the camera at end of the billing period.
Can I monitor multiple sites from one account?
Yes. The Pro and Enterprise plans include a multi-site dashboard. Add as many sites and cameras as you need.
How quickly can a camera be installed?
Usually within 24–48 hours of signup in the Greater Toronto Area, and within two weeks in Western Canada. Elsewhere we give you a date on the call.
What if my site has no power?
We install a solar power kit (panels and a battery) for $150/month per camera, on top of any plan. Every camera already has its own LTE connection, so you need no site power and no WiFi.
Do you support the US?
We currently serve Canada. US expansion is on our roadmap — contact us to join the waitlist.
